Terms of Service

By creating an account or using WobbleTalk ("Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a child, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian. Therapists and clinical organizations agree on behalf of their practice.

WobbleTalk is a service of AAR SOLUTIONS GROUP LLC, located at 4803 Lucky Fawn Ln, Richmond, TX 77407, United States.

The Service is intended for use by adults 18 years or older. Children under 13 may only use the Service under direct adult supervision, with verifiable parental consent on file. Account holders are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity on their account.

WobbleTalk is a supportive practice tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and is not a substitute for evaluation or treatment by a licensed speech-language pathologist (SLP) or other qualified clinician. Always seek the advice of a qualified provider with any questions regarding a medical or developmental condition.

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account page; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds, where offered, are governed by our refund policy and applicable law.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: uploading content that infringes others' rights, attempting to reverse-engineer the Service, abusing the AI features to generate inappropriate material for children, or using the Service in a way that violates law.

You retain ownership of content you submit (custom words, notes, recordings). You grant WobbleTalk a limited license to process that content to deliver the Service. We never sell your data and do not use Protected Health Information (PHI) for advertising.

The Service uses generative AI (including for pictograms, exercise suggestions, and session summaries). AI output may be inaccurate or inappropriate; you must review it before relying on it clinically. We log AI activity metadata for safety review; see our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WobbleTalk and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. You may close your account at any time; we will delete or de-identify your data per our retention policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, except where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect.
