WobbleTalk is an Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and is not a substitute for professional speech-language therapy. Always consult with a qualified speech-language pathologist for evaluation and care. Scores, summaries, and progress reports are informational only.

Pictograms, prompts, vocabulary suggestions, and summaries may be generated by artificial intelligence and can be inaccurate, incomplete, or culturally inappropriate. Always review AI-generated content before sharing it with a child or relying on it for clinical decisions. AI features do not constitute professional advice.

Automatic speech recognition (ASR) results depend on microphone quality, ambient noise, accent, and developmental speech patterns. Scores produced by ASR are practice cues, not assessments. Use the in-app sensitivity controls and "what the AI heard" feature to calibrate.

Accounts for children under 13 require verifiable parental consent. Parents can review, delete, or refuse further collection of their child's information at any time from the in-app privacy settings, or by emailing info@wobbletalk.com. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

WobbleTalk operates as a Business Associate for Clinical Mode customers who have executed a Business Associate Agreement. Consumer (family) use is generally outside HIPAA scope. See the HIPAA notice.

WobbleTalk draws on evidence-based speech-therapy practices but individual results vary. We do not guarantee any specific developmental outcome, score, or therapeutic benefit.

Some features rely on third-party providers (TTS voices, speech recognition, AI image generation, payment processing). Their availability, latency, and behavior are outside our direct control. By using the Service you agree their terms apply where relevant.

WobbleTalk does not currently participate in paid endorsements or affiliate programs. Any future paid partnerships will be clearly disclosed on the relevant pages.
